Vivo Nex S has finally been launched, A device that was announced and released in June 2018, the Nex S is a full bezel-less display smartphone with no notch screen. Apart from being bezel-less, the device also comes with some of the mid-range trending features including dual cameras, fingerprint scanner, and a screencasting technology.
Speaking of the specs and features, the device is packed with 8GB powered by Android 8.1 Oreo and house 128GB/ 256GB internal storage. It features an amazing pop-up selfie camera, however, the self camera isn't visible at the top, instead, it hidden in it and only pop out when you are ready to capture a selfie, cool right. That's not all, the device also comes with a big screen and a faster octa-core processor clocking at 2.7Ghz for light speed and an impressive battery that can see you through a day or more on normal usage.

DESIGN
The device comes with an aluminum alloy body with curved edges and sides comfortably for holding. It has a hardware button at the sides vivo calls Jovi, just like the popular Google assistant feature, when you press on the button, you can ask Jovi to help you with some cool stuff like launching of apps, playing of music and other Stuff.At the rear, you can spot the powerful amazing looking dual cameras placed vertically with the dual-LED flash underneath. While the Nex logo is Spotted in the middle. Well, there is no fingerprint scanner spotted at the rear, but when we turn to the sides, it measures 8mm in thickness and 199g in weighs, making it light and sleek when held. The device is available in beautiful colors like black and Red.
DISPLAY

There are no bezels surrounding the screen and no notch located at the top, however, there is an on-screen fingerprint scanner that you can use to unlock the device in other to gain quick access, all you have to do is touch on the screen when you see the fingerprint symbol, the screen also acts as a sound casting technology that brings out sound.The massive 6.59-inch super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen is here to deliver the full view display experience with it 19:3:9 aspect ratio which supports the fingerprint scanner. However, the screen comes with a resolution of about 1080 X 2316 pixels and 388 pixels per inch density that stretches up to 91.2% screen to body ratio for sharp and clear visuals.

Vivo Nex S is fitted with an Al powerful dual 12mp shooter with f/1.8 aperture, 1/2.5″ sensor size, 1.4µm pixel size and Dual Pixel PDAF and 5mp telephoto lens underneath to help in portraits mode and background blur. The camera shoot 4kvideos @30fps and comes with features like 4-axis OIS, phase detection autofocus, dual-LED dual-tone flash, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama.The 8mp selfie shooter which has f/2.0 aperture is quite amazing and different from the once we might have seen before, it automatically pops up when you switch to selfie mode and disappear when you switch to the main camera, the camera is dust resistant as well.

Vivo Nex S features the Snapdragon 845 flagship chipset from Qualcomm that is packed with 10nm process technology, the processor comes with an octa-core processor clocking at a faster speed of 2.7Ghz that ensures smooth performance. The Adreno 630 graphics processor is responsible for taking care of graphics.The device runs on Android 8.1 Oreo based on vivo's Funtouch OS 4 skin. While for multitasking, the 8GB RAM storage is ready to handle multitasking of heavy apps. In terms of storage, two storage variant is available here. There is a cheaper version with 128GB to accommodate all your files and documents, while the costly version comes with a massive 256GB built in storage. You have to choose wisely between the two storage versions because, they can not be expandable any further since there is no memory card slot on the device.
