Samsung was j8 was announced and released by Samsung from the j series phone budgets in May 2018, however, the galaxy J8 is an upgrade to the Galaxy j6 we recently wrote about. As usual Samsung galaxy, j8 as the processor comes with more improve specs and design than its predecessor.
Unlike the j6 the j8 comes with dual cameras, bigger battery, bigger screen, and a Snapdragon processor along with faster octa-core as well. the device is bezels less, has the trending infinity display (18.5.9) and comes in a single storage variant of 64 ROM and 4GB. The selfie camera is clearer compared to that of the galaxy j6 smartphone. There is also a face recognition technology (face ID) which enable users to unlock the device fast and easy.

DESIGN
The device has a bezel-less plastic smooth curves body with aluminum frame design, the device sports the same camera position as its processor j6. As usual, the dual cameras are placed nicely at the top beside the LED flash followed by the fingerprint Sensor at the bottom-placed underneath the fingerprint scanner ready to unlock the device at a glance. The Samsung galaxy j8 comes with the same infinity display (18.5.9) that is found on it, predecessor. However, the screen of the device is wider and taller compared to j6.
The device house a bigger 15.36cm 6.0-inch HD+ super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with resolution 720 x 1480 and 294 pixels per inch density. Well, Samsung did not buy the trending notch display idea on the j8 smartphone.

At the front comes the 16mp selfie camera with f/1.9 aperture and adjustable LED flash to take of your video calls and selfie needs in a low light environment.

Underneath the device comes the Snapdragon 450 processor from Qualcomm with an octa-core processor clocking at a maximum speed velocity of 1.8Ghz and 14nm process technology. The device has an Adreno 506 graphics processor that takes care graphics as well.
The Galaxy j8, unlike the j6 smartphone, comes with a single storage variant as stated earlier. The device comes with 4GB for easy multitasking of heavy apps and 64GB internal storage for storing files. The storage of the device can be expandable up to 256GB with micro SD card and it runs on Android 8.0 Oreo just like its predecessor.
