Recently tecno roll out a new update to the tecno w3 device. So, I decided to share the good news with you guys. Actually, I was surprised when I saw the update on my friends tecno w3 smartphone because I thought that tecno won't release an update to the w3 device since they didn't release the Android 7.0 nougat update to the device. However, this new update is not the Android 7.0 nougat update, it's just a minor update to the Hios interface with some features and apps included as well.

Well, I think since the device has gotten a new Hios update, Tecno might release the Android 7.0 naught update sooner or later. Anyways, I still think this is a big boost to all tecno w3 users, however here is how to go about the update.

- Firstly, check your notification panel to see if you have any notification regarding the update, if you see it there, click on it and click on get started, wait for it to finish updating and reboot your phone.
- But, If you didn't see it there, Move on to the next step.
- Held straight to the settings of your phone, scroll now and click on about phone, then system update, click on it and wait for the HIOS update to pop up. Once you find the update, download and install it, wait for the installation to complete and reboot your phone. have fun and enjoy your new HIOS update.
