And you see this annoying error on your screen;(screen overlay detected; to change this permission setting . You first have to turn off the screen overlay from settings<apps )the next thing that might want to do is try clearing the app cache and data.
But no don't do that just exit the app take a dip breath in and out and follow this procedure am going to show you tested and working 100%.
This error normally occurs on some device running Android 6.0 marshmallow example is the TECNO W3 or W3 lite.
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU FIND THIS ERROR ON YOUR SCREEN?
PROCEDURE'S
1) Go to settings and scroll down until you find apps now click on it,and it will take you to a page where all the applications on your phone are listed. just look up you will find a setting icon. click on it and you will be taking to another page were you will find something like this list below.
1)app permission
2)app links
Advanced
3) default apps
4) draw over other apps
5) modify system settings
6) battery optimization
It's exactly like this in tecno W3 your device own might be different but there must be(draw over other apps)in it, if it running on Android 6.0 marshmallow.
2)click on draw over other apps and you will be taken to a page were you will see all the apps that has the draw over other apps permission on your device. What you just have to do here is to click on an application that has the draw over other apps permission enabled (IF THE PERMISSION SAYS YES CHANGE IT TO NO)do the same with other apps until you finally change all of the permissions to NO
Now try launching the application that gave you that error on your device. You will find out that the issue has been resolved and the application is now working very find. blow are some screenshots.
